Purpose of this website
This website provides information about foursquare’s services and a way to make inquiries. Content is general information, not professional advice and not a binding offer.
Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create an engagement, guarantee acceptance, or commit either party to anything. Services, fees, deliverables, approvals, timelines, intellectual-property arrangements, and termination terms are governed by a separate client-specific written agreement signed before payment or work begins.
Payments
Agreed service fees may be paid through Stripe-hosted invoices or payment links. Payment does not expand the written scope. Work starts only after the written scope, fees, timeline, and approvals have been agreed and any agreed preconditions have been satisfied. These general website terms are distinct from your client-specific signed service agreement.
Trial length, deliverable quantities and formats, revision rounds, pricing, and deadlines vary by client. They are decided on a call and recorded in a separate client-specific written agreement before payment or work begins; this website does not offer a general package. There is no automatic renewal or subscription unless expressly agreed for your engagement. Any applicable taxes and the amount payable will be disclosed before payment.
Cancellations and refunds
To cancel or request a refund, email kwemaran@gmail.com with your business name and invoice or payment reference.
If you cancel before work on the agreed engagement begins, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee paid. Once work on that engagement has begun, service fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided in your signed agreement.
Work begins when we start agreed strategy, planning, research, writing, design, production, or other services for your engagement.
Any agreed start date and renewal or cancellation arrangements will be stated in your written agreement before payment. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Requests are reviewed by email; submitting a request does not produce an automated refund decision.
This policy applies prospectively to new engagements agreed from October 31, 2026. It does not change existing signed engagements, which remain governed by their agreed terms and applicable law.

No guaranteed results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone’s control. Nothing on this website guarantees specific results.
Content and intellectual property
Website content is owned or licensed by the operator or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy or reuse it without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website: no malicious content, no attempts at unauthorized access, no disruption of the site, and please do not send unsolicited sensitive information (such as passwords or full payment card numbers) through the inquiry form or by email.
