Privacy Policy

foursquare is operated by Kwe Maran Studios LLC, based in Palo Alto, California. For any privacy question or request, email kwemaran@gmail.com.

Information you give us

Our inquiry form asks what you would like help with, what you want to achieve, and an approximate budget range. It then asks for your full name, email address, and business or project name. Your website or social profile, phone number, budget basis, desired start timeframe, and how you heard about us are optional. You can also reach us by email; whatever you send us is used to respond.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting platform processes technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — in routine server logs to deliver and protect the site. When you submit the inquiry form, we store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to help prevent abuse and repeated spam submissions; we do not store the plain address with your inquiry.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to review and respond to your inquiry, assess whether an engagement makes sense, provide support you ask for, and protect the website from abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your inquiry details for advertising, newsletters, or contact-data enrichment.

Where your information goes

Inquiries are stored in a private database hosted by Lovable Cloud and are not visible to other visitors. Inquiry notifications are sent through Lovable’s managed app-email service from notifications@notify.byfoursquare.com using the verified sender domain notify.byfoursquare.com. Notifications contain the inquiry answers and submission timestamp and go to the operator at kwemaran@gmail.com, with your email address used as Reply-To. Saved inquiries remain available if a notification fails. Notification status and failure codes are recorded with the inquiry so an operator can retry the notification using the same inquiry reference without asking you to submit again. If you contact us directly by email, your message is processed by your email provider and the operator’s Gmail service. This website is hosted on Lovable, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a standard request from your browser when pages load.

Payments through Stripe

If you pay an agreed invoice or payment link, Stripe processes payment and transaction information, which may include your name, email, billing address, payment details, transaction amount, and fraud-prevention information. Stripe handles payment credentials through its hosted payment services. We receive information needed to manage billing, such as contact details, payment status, transaction references, and limited payment-method details. We do not receive full card numbers or card security codes through our inquiry form or an ordinary Stripe-hosted checkout flow. There is no onsite checkout or payment-credential collection on this website.

We use payment information to process and reconcile payments, provide support, handle refunds and disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations. Stripe’s Privacy Policy explains its processing, including processing for its own compliance and fraud-prevention purposes. Payment and accounting records are separate from inquiry retention and are kept as necessary for engagement, legal, and accounting obligations.

Cookies and browser storage

Optional analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and campaign-attribution collection are disabled, even if you previously accepted optional tracking. We do not collect UTM tags, gclid, or fbclid for attribution or save them with new inquiries. Previously saved attribution in this site’s browser session storage is cleared when you visit. A previous tracking choice may remain in local storage; it does not enable collection. Attribution already attached to older inquiries follows the inquiry retention rules. Parameters in a requested URL may still appear in hosting or technical logs; disabling attribution does not control those provider logs. Our form includes an optional question asking how you heard about us.

How long we keep information

Our inquiry retention rule is 12 calendar months after the last meaningful contact. Meaningful contact means a substantive exchange about the inquiry; sending or retrying a notification does not restart that period. The operator must record meaningful contact and identify records that become client records. Client records are handled separately under their applicable engagement, legal, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements.

A daily database cleanup has been prepared to remove expired nonclient inquiries, including their answers, hashed IP addresses, and any previously stored attribution. It remains paused by the operator’s decision, including after launch; automatic deletion is not active. Until separate approval to activate it, deletion is manual. Once activated, the daily check may remove an expired inquiry up to one day after its deadline.

Inquiry-notification emails follow the same 12-month-after-last-meaningful-contact cleanup practice. Gmail cleanup requires the operator to review and delete those messages manually, including copies in Trash; this website does not access or delete the operator’s Gmail messages.

Delivery records, technical logs, and backups

Saved inquiries, email delivery-event records, technical logs, and backups are separate records. The inquiry cleanup does not remove email-provider delivery logs, Gmail messages, or database backups. Lovable Cloud documents daily database backups retained for up to roughly 14 days, so a deleted inquiry may remain in an earlier backup until that backup expires. This is the documented backup practice, not confirmation of this project’s current backup inventory. This project’s current plan makes 14 days of email delivery-event history visible; that visibility window does not establish how long the underlying delivery provider keeps its own records or backups. The managed service’s underlying email delivery provider, relevant email subprocessors, and other provider technical-log retention periods have not been independently verified.

Your rights and choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing kwemaran@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you additional rights; we will honor requests as required by the laws that apply to our business.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including private, access-controlled storage for inquiries. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new revision date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the page for a reasonable period.
